Board (3 people): Strategic direction, accountability and compliance.

Executive Team (5): Includes the Managing Director, Secretary, Accountant, Senior Advisor, and Project Manager. All youth below 35 years-old.

Managing Director: Strategy, daily operations, fundraising and partnerships.

Project Manager: Programs and training.

Project Supervisor: Vocational and entrepreneurship programs.

Accountant & Assistant Accountant: Financial planning, compliance, and reporting.

HR/Student Representative: Feedback on program quality and impact.

International Volunteers (5+): Guidance and financial support.

Local Advisory Committee (3): Recommendations for new programs and projects.

Economic Empowerment Team (4): Engagement with community leaders and businesses, mentorship of refugee-led businesses, market access.Refugee

Leadership Team (2): Leadership events and soft skills workshops for the community.

Community Engagement Committees (2-5): Sports and arts events.
